COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
You are solely trustworthy for your use of Content in combining with any separate images, graphics, book or different materials you merged into your Products. You agree that you module not permit any book, appearance, programmer, Trade mark, activity cue, or any other copyrighted work of any base recipient in your Products unless you possess obtained the suited authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize to produce the Products on your behalf.
CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format and with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Is not responsible for any color changes that occur in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. Is also not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.
If you don’t have any design file then you don’t need to worry about. Avail our 100% free design services to give a personalized touch to your product design. We are also able to imprint your business logo and contact information of your choice on the gable bags. Also we are providing you free digital proof before printing, When you approved you design (digital proof), than we will send the job to production. We will not send your job to production without your approval (100% design satisfaction).
PROOFING & MATCHING
All design / printing jobs needs approval from customers for the final art work that will be send to production. Once an order has been placed, final artwork / digital proofs will be sent to customer with specification sheet via email. Customers are responsible for reviewing all details mentioned in the specification sheet (like delivery date, product specification etc.) confirm that all of the customer requirements have been accurately noted. We are not liable for any different specifications and requirements beyond what are noted in the final specification sheet. In addition, it is the responsibility of the customer to review the final artwork proof as proofreading is the responsibility of the customer. Due to the multiple ways that files are prepared, unplanned changes can occur. What is shown on the final proof represents what will be printed. We strongly recommends that the proof will be printed out at 100% to check actual position, spelling, and other design elements. We will not be responsible for any design or spelling issues that are not identified by the customer and communicated to support team immediately. Upon approval, the design file and job specifications will be forwarded to the production department and printed as it as approved by customer.
We will not be liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. We will try to match the gradient density of each color in duo-tone. It will be not liable for the final appearance of a duo-tone unless the customer orders a color match proof. In addition, application of lamination may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOF AND LAYOUT APPROVAL PRIOR TO THE PRINTING.
Is NOT Non-resistant for errors in a printed product caused by any of the succeeding:
Graphics Class or Position and False Font Survival
Spelling, Grammatical and Mark Errors
Misguided Die cuts, slits or Erroneous and Nonexistent Folds through Quantity Situation
If you want to cancel your order initial printing/shipping. However, if you’re ordered has been shipped then we cannot be cancelled. Your orders may be cancel-able before printing stages but cancellation charges will apply. First of all you need to contact Support Team and check order status, if your order has not be print than you will be charged %15 plus 5% of the total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges and to cover our design department fees. If the order sent to press we can still try to cancel the order but we cannot guarantee order cancellation, in-case the order on press than we can stop and it will be charged you %50 off all amount. If your order has been shipped than it can’t be cancelled.,
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All of your orders are important, All Sales Are Final. If we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credits.
The customer need to notify within 3 working days after order delivery in-case damage, or missing items.
We will not be responsible for any claims for damage, or missing items after 3 working days of the delivery.
All charges related to assist publication (upsurge publication or shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any think. No Exceptions.
All customers agree not to hold liable for delays in shipments caused by bad weather, shipping company delays, customs issues or any other circumstances beyond’s direct control.Orders cannot be cancelled due to delay in the printing process.
Customer will be responsible at the time of delivery by shipping services companies to get full tracking items without any damage or missing. In-case the shipping is damage or missing any tracking items check customer need to get complete shipping items that are mention on tracking.
